The samurai Minamoto (Raizô Ichikawa) was charged by the emperor to destroy Shuten-dôji (Kazuo Hasegawa), the demon warrior residing at Mount Oe. No easy task, as Shuten-dôji had promised the mikado's downfall...and had allied himself with other shape-shifting monsters to ensure it. The Haunted Castle (Hiroku Kaibyô-Den) (1969)

She responded by committing suicide, and offering her blood to her pet cat--which transformed the feline into a demon on a mission of vengeance.
