A young intern (John Garfield) thought it was going to be just another ER shift when the pretty car wreck victim (Nancy Coleman) placed in his care started claiming she was an Allied agent being hunted by Axis spies. He writes it off as trauma-induced delusion, but when the "family" who comes to claim her fails the smell test, he goes on a perilous hint for the truth.
