Dark Alibi

Despite his fingerprints being found at the crime scene, ex-con Thomas Harley (Edward Earle) maintains his innocence when he's convicted of bank robbery and murder. His daughter (Teala Loring) turns to P.I. Charlie Chan (Sidney Toler), who, along with number three son Tommy (Benson Fong), must find out who set Harley up to take the fall before his execution, which is a mere nine days away.
