A fleeing young woman (Vivien Ngô) is driven to ground by a pair of gas-masked abductors (Casper Van Dien, Elyse Dinh). Taken to an isolated home, the captive learns from the alpha kidnapper that her safety and survival is contingent upon her effectively role-playing "sister" for the next two years to his sickly adolescent son (Ian Alexander).
