Goose (writer-producer-director Jim Van Bebber), the leader of the tough street gang known as "the Ravens," wants to settle down with his drug sale proceeds, but when his girlfriend is killed by rival gang "the Spiders," he teams with his junkie, Vietnam vet father to plot an outrageously warped revenge.
