Deep Rising

Boat captain John Finnegan (Treat Williams) is hired by a band of mercenaries planning--unbeknownst to him--to hijack and loot a posh ocean liner on its maiden voyage. Once they get onboard, however, they discover that the ship is virtually deserted, most of the crew and passengers having been wiped out by a giant, squid-like creature. Can Finnegan and a small group of survivors escape the floating nightmare? Famke Janssen, Wes Studi, Anthony Heald also star in this mix of sci-fi, action, and horror. 106 min.
