Hardship strikes twice for hundreds of African-Americans displaced from New Orleans after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, when the evacuees are flown to a military barracks in Salt Lake City, Utah, with some subjected to scrutiny more befitting criminals than victims of disaster. This enlightening documentary focuses on citizens who found their relocation either an abusive experience or a blessing. Soundtrack: English; audio commentary; bonus CD soundtrack; music video.
