Desperate Measures

Cop Frank Conner (Andy Garcia) is caught between his duty and his terminally ill son's life when the only DNA match for a bone marrow transplant the boy needs comes from a convicted murderer, sociopath Peter McCabe (Michael Keaton), who manages to escape hospital custody.
