Snake Plissken was busy in New York and L.A., so in this action-packed thriller co-written by Luc Besson ("La Femme Nikita"), the job of saving a walled-off ghetto neighborhood in 2010 Paris is left to maverick cop Damien (Cyril Raffaelli). Charged with recovering a stolen neutron bomb, Damien sneaks into District B13 with a prisoner (David Belle) who grew up there and whose sister is the captive of the crimelord who plans to sell the nuclear device.
