In trouble with the law since the day they was born, hell-raising teenage cousins Bo (Jonathan Bennett) and Luke (Randy Wayne) Duke are arrested and released into the custody of their Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson). With the nefarious Boss Hogg (Christopher McDonald) fixing to foreclose on the family farm, the boys recruit plain Jane cousin Daisy (April Scott) to help them run enough moonshine to save the day.
