In 1981, scouts from every major college football program headed to Philadelphia, Mississippi, trying to recruit Marcus Dupree, who they believed could be one of the greatest running backs of all time. Dupree settled on the University of Oklahoma, but what followed was one of the most disappointing careers in sports history due to injuries and conflict. This documentary features archival footage and interviews with Dupree, Barry Switzer, and others to chronicle Dupree's extraordinary story. 102 min. Standard; Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital stereo; deleted scenes; interviews.
