In 1950s Sweden, 16-year-old Erik (Andreas Wilson) is sent to a boarding school by his mother (Marie Richardson), who wants to provide her son a secure environment to complete his education and avoid the tyrannies of an abusive stepfather. However, Erik soon discovers that the school is run more like a prison, where vicious upperclassmen enforce their authority with violence while an ineffectual and elitist faculty condones the brutality. Henrik Lundström, Linda Zilliacus also star. 110 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: Swedish Dolby Digital 5.1; Subtitles: English. In Swedish with English subtitles.
