Taking place mainly between late 2010 and early 2011, season three finds financially strapped Minnesota parole officer Ray Stussy (Ewan McGregor) and girlfriend Nikki Swango (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) plotting to rob Ray’s brother, Emmit (also played by McGregor).
