Felicity: An American Girl Adventure

Felicity Merriman, a high-spirited 10-year-old living in Revolutionary War Virginia, is the title heroine of this latest installment of the "American Girl" film series. Dissatisfied with the life of a "good little girl" who stays indoors stitching, Felicity (Shailene Woodley) instead dreams of an outdoor life on horseback. She befriends a copper-colored mare she names Penny, and longs to rescue the horse from the cruel owner who mistreats her. John Schneider and Marcia Gay Harden also star. 83 min.
