First Men in the Moon

Against the backdrop of a U.N. mission to the Moon, a doddering nursing home resident (Edward Judd) recounts a previously unknown trip he took to the satellite with his fiancée (Martha Hyer) and the eccentric Professor Cavor (Lionel Jeffries). There, the trio had encountered an insect-like civilization living below the surface, and used all resources at their fingertips to return to Earth. Witty science-fiction adventure, based on H.G.
