This delightful bedroom romp finds playboy Bret Hendley (John Saxon) casting his eyes upon the residents of a "singles only" apartment building in Southern California. Bret makes a friendly wager among his pals that he’ll be able to sweep new resident Anne (Mary Ann Mobley) off her feet--a risky proposition, since she’s not nearly as interested in playing the field as neighbor Helen (Lana Wood).
