The DVD contains a detailed instruction session: Warm up, Stance, Dodge, Parry, Punches, Kicks, and Stretching. Instructor Jean Luc Kitoko is a 4th degree Black Belt and the Full Contact French team vice coach. In 1986, led by his friend Patrick Prosper, he began the learning of his discipline at the Paris F.K.C. of Daniel Renneson. Full Contact was created in 1974 in the United States. The Full Contact and Associated Styles Federation (FFCDA) got final and official recognition by the French Government in 1999. Today, this Federation includes nearly 18000 members including 2000 women in almost 400 clubs. In January, 2003, a Full Contact State Diploma was created. France ranks among the 3 best nations in the world.
