The Owl And The Pussycat (1970)
Boisterous call girl Doris Wilgus (Barbra Streisand) moves into the apartment of her neighbor, shy bookstore clerk Felix Sherman (George Segal), after his complaints about her "practice" get her evicted. Fast-paced adaptation of Bill Manhoff's stage comedy also stars Robert Klein, Alan Garfield; directed by Herbert Ross. 96 min. C/Rtg: PG
California Split (1974)
A pair of hardcore (read: compulsive) gamblers (Elliott Gould, George Segal), thrown together by chance and desperate for money, team up to take part in a high-stakes poker tournament in Reno, Nevada, in Robert Altman’s quirky character study that mixes comedy and drama with the director’s trademark improvisational style. Ann Prentiss, Barbara London, Gwen Welles, and Joseph Walsh (who also scripted) co-star. 105 min. C/Rtg: R
Fun With Dick And Jane (1977)
Dick and Jane Harper (George Segal, Jane Fonda) are an upper-middle class couple whose comfortable lives are turned upside-down when Dick loses his corporate executive post. Realizing they can’t live on Dick’s unemployment wages and unable to hold a job herself, Jane comes up with the perfect way to maintain their lifestyle--armed robbery! Hysterical skewering of the American bourgeoisie co-stars Ed McMahon, Dick Gautier, Fred Willard, John Dehner. 95 min. C/Rtg: PG

Charming reunion for the "A Touch of Class" principals co-stars Maureen Stapleton, Paul Sorvino; keep an eye peeled for John Candy, Martin Short. 106 min. C/Rtg: PG
