"Do you know Okamuro?" Five college students have a fireside chat about the urban legend, Okamuro, and are found decapitated the next morning! As the sole survivor of the mysterious slayings, Suzu suffers from severe trauma and vows to avenge her friends' murders. Soon, a pandemic of fear spreads across the country as the Okamuro curse goes viral and the body count mounts! Amid spreading widespread panic, the authorities issue an unprecedented state of emergency. Health officials provide the only known antidote to keep the evil spirit at bay- ignore the knocking at the door or say his name three times and he might leave you alone! Nevertheless, Suzu bravely challenges Okamuro to a showdown to cure her trauma and achieve her revenge. Will Okamuro take up the gauntlet and make Suzu his next victim?
