Divorced, jobless, and diagnosed with a terminal illness, middle-aged Frank is on the brink of suicide when he instead opts to rescue modern society by killing reality TV "celebrities," right-wing radio hosts, and rude people in general. The first "hit" on Frank's crusade lands him a sidekick, a similarly disenchanted teenage girl named Roxy, in writer/director Bobcat Goldthwait's pitch-black satire.
