Having to scratch out a living for his small family, auto plant worker Heli (Armando Espitia) wasn’t pleased that his 12-year-old sister (Andrea Vergara) got involved with a much older police cadet (Juan Eduardo Palacios). Things got far worse when the impetuous Romeo sought to finance their elopement through the sale of contraband cocaine--and Heli’s attempt to set things right brought them all stunningly brutal wrath from corrupt cops.
