Hell Up in Harlem

Slam-bang sequel to "Black Caesar" from writer/director Larry Cohen has street king Tommy Gibbs (Fred Williamson) preparing to regain control of his crime empire, and entering the crosshairs of a corrupt D.A. who’s seeking to monopolize the drug trade.
