Hell's Heroes / Three Godfathers

The novel "The Three Godfathers" by Peter B. Kyne was the inspiration for this pair of western tales. First, William Wyler's "Hell's Heroes" stars Charles Bickford, Raymond Hatton, and Fred Kohler as bank robbers who happen upon a dying pregnant woman and become the unlikely guardians to her baby after promising to track down the father.
