Over 300 hours were filmed for the production of 'See What I'm Saying: The Deaf Entertainers Documentary.' Included in this DVD are 34 short scenes, interviews and clips that are not in the final film. The DVD features the following chapters: For Discussion Deleted Scenes Interviews and Performers Signing Practice Trailers and Fun The DVD can be utilized by teachers for both deaf and hearing students, sign language and interpreting students or individuals wishing to gain different perspectives into deaf culture. This unique learning opportunity is unlike any other 'instructional' DVD, since it was filmed documentary style in real life situations. The DVD features notable deaf entertainers including John Maucere, CJ Jones, Bernard Bragg, Anthony Natale, Michelle Banks, Ed Chevy, Robert DeMayo and many others. All scenes are open captioned in English except for the sign language practice section.
