Wondrous adaptation of Cornelia Funke's best-seller stars Brendan Fraser as Mo Folchart, a man whose ability to bring a book's characters to life was inherited by his daughter Meggie (Eliza Bennett). When Meggie is kidnapped by Capricorn (Andy Serkis), the villain from the novel "Inkheart," Mo assembles a group of adventurers--some real, some fictional--to rescue her before Capricorn uses her power to help the monstrous Shadow enter the real world. Paul Bettany, Jim Broadbent, and Helen Mirren co-star. 106 min. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtrack: English.
