In 1972, 23-year-old Simi Linton was en route to Washington to protest the Vietnam War when a car accident cost her the use of her legs. The event would not dampen her natural activism, however, as shown in this chronicle of a life spent in pursuit of the rights of the disabled, and championing the efforts of those artistic dance troupes spotlighting the efforts of physically challenged artists, as shown in this singular documentary effort. 85 min. Widescreen; Soundtracks: English Dolby Digital 5.1, DVS Dolby Digital 5.1; Subtitles: French; featurette; deleted scene.
