This DVD features two 1971 French concerts with Griff's quartet (pianist Vince Benedetti, bassist Alby Cullaz and drummer Art Taylor) and guest artist Dizzy Gillespie on Hot House and A Night In Tunisia. The band is on fire through bebop classics from Dameron, Dizzy, Monk and Charlie Parker as well as four of Griff's best known originals including Soft And Furry and The JAMFs Are Coming. Art Taylor's unrelenting swing drives this band to incredible heights. NTSC all region, 77 minutes.
