Enterprising 11-year-old Dickie Cessna (Scott Schwartz) hit on the idea of taking the manure generated at his family's San Diego ranch and starting a fertilizer business with his kid sisters. It worked out too well for the liking of the local fertilizer king (Clifton James), though, and the sibs have their day in court after he gets the government on their case!
