This is a two volume series for instruction in the complete system of Krav Maga, Orange Belt, as envisioned by founder Imi Lichtenfeld. On this first DVD, instructor Yaron Lichtenstein will demonstrate: defense techniques and counter attack at the same time, defense techniques against clinches from the front and the back, with and without locked arms, and many more. The techniques will be demonstrated in details with mitts as well as with a partner.
