Reprising their recurring roles from "Happy Days," Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams starred in this hilarious 1976-1983 spin-off about a pair of lifelong friends who lived in a basement apartment in Milwaukee while working as bottlecappers for Shotz Brewery. The series also starred Michael McKean and David L. Lander as screwy neighbors Lenny and Squiggy, and Eddie Mekka as Carmine "the Big Ragu" Ragusa. With Phil Foster and Betty Garrett.
