George London: In Opera and Song

Though illness limited Canadian-born operatic star George London to a 15-year career in the spotlight, the handsome bass-baritone nevertheless left a major impact with his skillful interpretations of Mozart, Wagner, and Verdi, among others. Here, London is seen performing arias from "Aida" and "Boris Godunov," along with music by Romberg, Kern, and Rodgers and Hammerstein.
