Here’s another compilation of unsold TV gems. Macdonald Carey stars as former city boy Jim Blandings, who hilariously fails when he moves to the country and tries to get rich selling hay, in "Blanding’s Way" (1955). Phyllis Thaxter also stars. Next, "Picture Window" (1961) takes clever satirical jabs at modern suburban life as seen through the eyes of the Saxons (Mary LaRoche, Charles Stewart).
