A group of out-of-work entertainers finds themselves relegated to kitchen work at a Miami hotel, but spunky Doris Day teams up with songwriter Robert Cummings to convince an oil tycoon to sponsor Cummings' new show. The problem is, the oilman's spoiled daughter keeps getting in the way. Breezy musical also stars Phil Silvers, Eddie Foy, Jr., Nancy Walker.
