The Desperadoes (1943)
Columbia Pictures’ first color production was this fine western starring Randolph Scott as Utah sheriff Steve Upton, who tries to help his former outlaw pal Cheyenne Rogers (Glenn Ford) go straight. When a local bank is robbed, suspicion naturally falls on Rogers, but Upton believes others are involved and sets out to find the true criminals.
