Media Insurgent's hard-to-find compilation features four short documentaries produced by the group: Trying Days, Producing Just Garments, When Capital Flies We Remain, and Estamos Aquf. Issues explored in these films include grassroots organizing in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, a worker-occupied and operated factory in El Salvador, the effects of plant closures on workers in Salinas, CA, and the student and worker strike that shut down UC Santa Cruz in 2005. This collection is hard to find and provides excellent documentation of these amazing stories. Producing Just Garments and Estamos Aquf are presented in both English and Spanish.
