Years after his father was killed by a land mine, video store clerk Bazil is shot in the head. Narrowly escaping death, he takes up with an offbeat group of scavengers and sets his sights on destroying the two companies whose weapons have caused him so much pain. Through using handmade munitions created from junk, Bazil and his new friends wreak havoc against the big corporations.
