Based on the novels by Caroline Graham, this engaging and darkly comic British mystery series, which began in 1997, delves into the caseload of seasoned Detective Chief Inspector Tom Barnaby (John Nettles), who, along with partner Sgt. Gavin Troy (Daniel Casey), investigates a seemingly endless string of homicides in the sleepy English county of Midsomer. Laura Howard also stars.
