Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day

In late-1930s London, out-of-work nanny Miss Pettigrew (Frances McDormand) takes a job as a social secretary for American cabaret singer Delysia Lafosse (Amy Adams). As she helps Delysia juggle relationships between three would-be suitors, Miss Pettigrew finds herself caught in an unlikely love triangle between an icy store owner (Shirley Henderson) and a slick lingerie designer (Ciaran Hinds).
