A generation ago, stalwart astronaut Earl Jensen (voiced by Dan McComas) left Earth to explore the cosmos...and was left stranded there by greedy higher-ups in search of sympathy funding. His daughter Josie (Francine Lobis)--now a grown astronomer with a very randy boyfriend--never gave up hope he'd come home. Well, he's back, and he's brought a horde of bizarre E.T. allies to help get revenge on those who set him up, in this expectedly outrageous animated feature from Bill Plympton. 81 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English; audio commentary; featurette; bonus shorts "Hot Dog" (2008), "The Cow Who Wanted to Be a Hamburger" (2010).
