As an impoverished child, black Parisienne Victoria (Guslagie Malanga) had been given shelter by a well-off white family, and never forgot their kindness. As a young woman, she managed to reconnect with the household’s son (Pierre Andrau), but the turbulent affair that followed would have repercussions for the balance of both their lives. Affecting adaptation of the Doris Lessing short story "Victoria and the Staveneys" also stars Nadia Moussa, Pascal Greggory, Catherine Mouchet. 95 min.
