Happily married and the proud parents of a newborn, Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) get some unexpected new neighbors when a fraternity led by Teddy (Zac Efron) and Pete (Dave Franco) moves in next door. What starts off as a simple disagreement over the noise level at the frat's parties escalates into a hilarious prank war as Mac and Kelly try to get the boys tossed out of their house.
