Pierce Brosnan stars in this eerie thriller about a French teacher visiting L.A. who finds himself attacked and driven mad by a mysterious street gang that seems to be more than human. As it turns out, his tormentors have their origins in Eskimo legend, and might succeed in manifesting their evil unless he can find some way to communicate their secrets to someone who will understand his ravings.
