Having broken into a house, two dimwitted burglars (Franco Franchi, Ciccio Ingrassia) get knocked out by an American spy (Luca Sportelli) who set them up. Planting microfilm on them, the agent then ships them to the Riviera--where he intends to have the chumps lead the KGB off the trail of the real intel couriers.
