A Rodeo Prize Worth Killing For!

During a terrible storm, a serial killer wreaks havoc inside a small-town Texas prison. Deputy Adams is transporting a deadly murder suspect when she finds a local prison to hold up for the night. While inside the jail, a power outage allows Russell (triple murderer) to escape and begin a new murder spree among his fellow inmates and newly appointed Deputy Rollins. All is not what it seems, and the prison also happens to be the location of a mysterious and very sought-after rodeo buckle worth a quarter of a million dollars. No one is who they appear to be, and everyone is after the prestigious Outlaw's Buckle.
