Phantom Boy

In this offbeat animated adventure for the whole family, a young boy undergoing treatment for an illness discovers he has the ability to exit his body as a phantom form. Befriending a New York City police officer who broke his leg while battling a ruthless mob boss, he decides to put his unusual power to good use by helping the cop and a reporter bring down the criminal.
