After a talented Muay Thai student (Nantawooti Boonrapsap) is hospitalized, doctors learn that he's in desperate need of a heart transplant. Their frantic search for a donor organ leads them to a hospital that's been taken over by terrorists. It then becomes a race against the clock for the young man's co-students to sharpen their martial arts skills and confront the bad guys to save their friend's life. Johnny Nguyen co-stars.
