British director Jason Impey's reworking of his 2009 movie "Tortured" eliminates the zombies and incorporates a slew of new footage to further flesh out the characters and story. The tale concerns a pair of perverse outlaws on the run who decide to kidnap a young woman to protect themselves from police.
