Rise: Blood Hunter

Investigating the Goth underworld, a comely reporter (Lucy Liu) is ravished and drained of her blood by a gang of the thirsty undead. Coming back from the grave─as every vampire must─Liu decides to embark on a "Blade"-style campaign of vengeance, hunting down her attackers with a variety of exotic weapons designed to stop the fanged ones in their tracks.
