Riverdance Live From Beijing [Import]

Import Blu-ray/Region All pressing. It's been fifteen years since Riverdance first tapped it's way onto the world stage thrilling millions of people around the globe. This unique show has been experienced LIVE by over 22 million people; in over 10,000 performances in 350 cities in 40 countries spread across four continents. It is the first international show to tour China extensively. Riverdance is a theatrical show consisting of traditional Irish step dancing, notable for it's rapid leg movements while body and arms are kept largely stationary. It originated as an interval performance during the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, a moment that is still considered a significant watershed in Irish culture. This DVD was filmed LIVE in the Beijing Exhibition Centre to celebrate the shows 15th Anniversary as part of it's 12 city tour of China in 2010.
