Helena (Josefin Asplund) had been separated from her profoundly disturbed twin sister Siri (Asplund, again) when they were girls...and out of the blue, she received an invite to visit her sibling at a resort in the Italian Alps. The trip becomes a waking nightmare when the "lodge" proves to be a research facility for experiments on psychopaths--and the staffers believe she’s the now-missing Siri.
